You can permanently delete your account and all your data directly from the Calegg app:
1. Open the Calegg app.
2. Go to Settings (gear icon in the top right corner).
3. Tap "Delete account".
4. Confirm the deletion.
Your account and data will be permanently deleted.
2. Alternative: request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to legal@calegg.com from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
3. Data that is deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
• Your profile (name, email, preferences).
• Nutritional analysis history.
• Uploaded meal images.
• Saved favourite dishes.
• Unused analysis credits.
• Health data (weight, height, caloric goals).
4. Data that is retained
Due to legal requirements (Spanish General Tax Law 58/2003), billing data is retained for 5 years. This data does not include sensitive personal information or health data.
5. Deletion timeline
All personal data (except billing records) is completely deleted within 30 days of the request.
